Meet the what3words app
The challenge was to summarise everything the what3words app can do into a simple video that doesn’t get too bogged down in the details. App demos can feel quite dull, but by keeping up the pace, short, punchy copy, playful movement and colour, we made a video I really love!
Specific step-by-step tutorials help those who want to learn to use specific features, and are often sent out by our Customer Support team. Splitting the videos into Basics, Good to know and Advanced helps our users avoid overwhelm, and gives them the choice how deep they want to explore.
