Awareness of what3words and how it works was already widespread in the UK, but most people knew the app as a ‘just in case’ for emergency situations, and hadn’t thought to use it for deliveries. It was time to bring some humour into our work, dramatising the impact of poor addressing on deliveries with a bit of classic British awkwardness.
